 Ground Rules Jiu Jitsu Ground Warriors

You are never too young to start training Jiu Jitsu. This program is designed for 3 – 5-year-old children and focuses on exercises and games that introduces the basic and most fundamental movements and techniques of Jiu Jitsu. The goals of this program are to build confidence and communication skills, develop body coordination and balance, improve the ability to focus and listen in a group setting, and improve behavior and the ability to follow instructions. We also teach our youngest students about “Stranger Danger” and bullying.

As a parent, your first priority is keeping your child safe. That’s why we are so passionate about equipping kids with the invaluable self-defense skills that BJJ provides. We have two youth programs, a Youth 1 class designed for 6 – 10-year-old students and a Youth 2 class designed for 11 – 15-year-old students.
